Get exited, people. This is filmmaker Taika Waititi's second feature film (after Eagle vs. Shark and episodes of TV's Flight of the Conchords). It's a coming-of-age comedy set in the 1980's, Waihau Bay in western Bay of Plenty.

Boy is obsessed with Michael Jackson (in particular, his dance moves) and his little brother Rocky possibly possesses 'powers'. The pair try are trying to find their potential whilst living in the shadow of their fresh from prison, larger-than-life father Alamein, played by Waititi himself, a member of the Crazy Horses gang.
