INT TEAM Skills Squad JNR

If you are getting serious then so are we! Our INTERMEDIATE TEAMS are for climbers who want to crush and go far in the sport. Here we introduce our Endurance, Strength, Power rotation and start to push our limits. Our overarching goal is to introduce fundemental training strategies in a safe and controlled manner.

                 ROCKIES CLIMBING CLASS FRIDAYS 4pm-5pm 7-9yrs

COACH: Dan Course details: Your child will be introduced to basic climbing technique and safety with an emphasis on fun.Students will learn how to climb on the walls with ropes as well as boulder and gym safety.Dan sets up a wide variety of games to bring out the true climber in your child. Course will run every Friday from 4pm-5pm and first week of each term.After the one-hour instruction children are able to carry on practicing their skills with parents for as long as they like.Requirements:Parents will be needed to belay in the class if children are top roping.Cost and Further details:
